As if I don't own enough green already, today gave me an reason to be able to wear it. But I didn't. HA! I wore a gray Happy St Patrick's Day shirt and three green glow in the dark bracelets. Pretty darn cool. Anywho, so as you can see I have pictures of a cake. I decided to take a cake decorating class with Amber. It's pretty fun. I was nervous at first cause it's really not as easy as it looks, but it's a lot of fun. You wouldn't think that trying to frost a cake is that hard. Well it is when you try to make it perfect. I made a ton of frosting and have a ton still left over. For the class I have to make 3 consistancies of frosting and different colors. Oi! It's hard to judge it right. There are only 4 classes, each 2 hours. So you have to cram in a lot. 
I'm glad that I decided to do it though. I like to have some kind of a knowledge in things like this. My creative side kicks in. Love it!

Love the cake! I would like to take a class someday when I have free time again, but I'm also afraid I'd be too much of a perfectionist.
